Dann is responsible for developing opportunities to drive growth and identifying promising new markets for diversification. He also oversees marketing, branding, and media relations for Dellbrook, one of the largest construction management companies in New England.

Dann joined Dellbrook | JKS in 2010 as director of business development and provided immediate opportunities for new contracts through his long-standing relationships in the industry. He has been instrumental in developing the company’s plan for growth and diversification. Among other things, he revamped the company’s website and boosted marketing efforts, raising the company’s profile within the industry. Dann continues to expand the company’s niche in multi-family and affordable housing while helping it break into strategic new markets such as private schools and higher education.

In 2010, Dann was recognized for his marketing acumen by the Boston Business Journal, which cited him as the most innovative and effective chief marketing officer in the construction industry in Boston. Dann has pioneered the complementary use of traditional and digital marketing campaigns to promote the Dellbrook | JKS brand and position the company within a crowded marketplace.

Dann was named vice president of business development of Dellbrook | JKS in 2012.

Dann brings twenty-nine years of experience and a strong record of success in marketing and business development in the construction industry to Dellbrook | JKS. Before joining the company, he was business development director of G&R Construction in Quincy, MA, where he oversaw marketing and helped reposition the family-run company to move into new markets such as historic renovation and commercial fit-out projects.

Before G&R, he was director of business development for TLT Construction Corp. in Wakefield, MA, where he managed all marketing functions and helped the company diversify into the private sector, securing projects such as recreational facilities and houses of worship as well as renovation and new construction work at colleges.

Dann holds an associate degree from the Blue Hills Technical Institute from which he graduated cum laude. He has been active for more than two decades in the North River Community Church in Pembroke, MA, for which he served as head of the board of overseers. He is also a member of the Boston Irish Business Association
