St. Polycarp II & Phase III Apartments
The Saint Polycarp Village Phase II was the second of three phases of new construction on the site. This $5.7M project included 29 affordable apartment units in three buildings around a courtyard. Five units are affordable to households earning less than 30% of the Area Median Income and the remaining are affordable at 60% of AMI. Four units are reserved for homeless households and two are reserved for people with disabilities.
Site amenities included open space, a playground and a community room. The building used a complete array of the latest techniques to achieve cutting edge energy conservation, indoor air quality, and water conservation; including onsite storm water infiltration through a rain-garden, high efficiency heating and cooling systems, as well as recycled content and low VOC building materials. The project was LEED Silver certifiable.
Saint Polycarp Village Phase III was the third and final phase of new construction on the site. The $6.4M project included 31 residential units and a parking garage. The Phase III project was also LEED Silver certifiable.
