Build Health International

What is Build Health International?

Build Health International is an organization that receives donations of surplus medical equipment, medical furniture, and healthcare support items necessary for delivering healthcare needs. BHI then takes these donations and assists with the design, construction, and equipment planning for healthcare infrastructure in under-resourced regions of the world.

BHI not only works with Medical construction projects but also, Commercial Kitchens, Educational Institutions, and Office Buildings. With our donations, as well as many other companies, we are assisting BHI in focusing on health system strengthening projects, and impacting facilities and communities with sustainable outcomes.

BHI is an amazing organization that Dellbrook | JKS is honored to say that we work alongside. With so many of our healthcare renovation projects including new equipment, there is a surplus of medical equipment that isn’t being used – we are either able to help through donations or introductions to key personnel. Some of the project we were able to assist BHI with included:

  • Introductions to the Cape Cod Health Personnel – Hyannis Engineering Departments
  • Donations from St.Luke’s Hospital – working with our Superintendent Dennis Veader
  •  Donations from South Eastern Medical Center – working with Senior Project Manager Matt Correira

We were also able to contribute by shipping donations from various projects, such as doors, ACT Ceiling Tiles, Sinks/Faucets, and Fire Extinguishers. So even if you don’t have access to surplus medical equipment – you could still help BHI’s cause.

Join us and BHI, and “help transform communities, advance global healthcare standards, and improve the quality of care.”
