With 16 years of experience working with the City of Boston, Sheryce plays a vital role at Dellbrook|JKS, growing internal diversity, fostering equity and inclusion, and expanding outreach efforts in communities across Greater Boston.

We’re dedicated to fostering an environment where every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. Under our Culture of Care pledge, we take decisive action to ensure our workplaces remain safe, respectful, and inclusive by eradicating harassment, hazing, and bullying in any form.

Community partner accelerator

We also provide direct support to minority and women owned businesses in obtaining contracts and resources through our Partner Accelerator Program. Our Partner Accelerator Program offers formal in-person or online trainings on Accounting, Safety, Procore software, Insurance requirements and more.
