The 99 Tremont Street project consisted of construction of a new five-story, 102,871 GSF multifamily-mixed use building with 62 apartment units in Brighton, MA. Wood framed construction over a steel podium, 99 Tremont included an 87-car parking garage on the ground floor, (including 27 stacker and 12 tandem spaces) two car-sharing spaces, four electric car charging stations and bike storage for 62 bicycles. Construction also included the ground floor project leasing offices, a main entrance lobby and a Clubhouse space with a lounge and fitness center.The 62 units are wrapped around a courtyard over the garage, with three floors of apartments along Tremont Street stepping up to five floors on the North side and rear of the site.
