The Adden Mills project is an adaptive reuse / historical preservation that converted the 94,700 SF, 6 story 170 year old Hamilton Manufacturing Company complex on Jackson Street in Lowell, MA to 75 market rate & affordable lofts. The historic building originally was predominantly constructed using brick bearing walls and cast iron columns supporting heavy timber beams and timber floors.
