On the site of the former Quincy Hospital, this multi-family development consists of the ground up construction of four buildings with 465 residential units. The project includes the adaptive reuse renovation of the existing 17,833 SF historic Administration Building as well as a new 3,150 SF addition. Buildings A, B, C and D total 440,020 SF, are 5 stories each, with A & C consisting 5 levels of residential stick-built construction at grade, and B & D are podium construction with 1 level of underground parking as well as 5 levels of residential stick-built construction.
The 79,860 SF underground parking at Building B connects to the Administration Building basement level and spans under the at-grade courtyard. Work includes the installation of a private loop road, internal to the project site for access to buildings A-D, along with, courtyard, plaza and surface parking. There is also a front driveway to access the Administration Building.
