Developed in conjunction with Planning Office of Urban Affairs (POUA) and EA Fish Development, this new 3 story wood framed construction project includes 66 units of affordable elderly housing, including 64 one bedroom apartments approximately 600 sq. ft. each and 2 two bedroom apartments approximately 900SF each. The 19,000SF bulding was constructed under the LEED for Homes guidelines gaining LEED Silver Certification. Project occupancy was received under an extremely tight 8 month time frame.
