This design build project focused on exterior and interior renovations to 98,000 SF, Beebe & Munger dormitories. Work at Beebe included a 43,894 SF complete demo/abatement of the existing roof and slate roof replacement including new fascia, gutters & downspouts. Beebe interior work included painting corridors & common areas, carpet replacement at common areas, lighting upgrades and additional power receptacles at common areas. Work at Munger Hall included 54,740 SF selective roof repair (EPDM replacement) and extensive repointing & limestone cap replacements. Munger interior scope included getting 4 offline rooms back online including drywall/patching, painting, and new flooring repair/replacement.
