The Belmont Hill School project is new construction of a 7,625 SF, 2 story facilities & maintenance building on a tight site. The 2-story structural steel and wood framed facility & maintenance building will include wood siding and trim, 3 garage bays, locker rooms, wood shop, janitor & mud room, office and support space. The project includes extensive sitework and a large 140 space parking lot.

Construction also includes a hydraulic passenger elevator, underground fuel containment pit, and landscaping.
