The Branches of Framingham project for Benchmark Senior Living involved the new construction of a 59K SF, 52 unit senior / assisted living and memory care facility. Construction included exterior gardens, landscaping, a stormwater management system, parking, and associated site improvements. The Benchmark Framingham project is the third senior/assisted living project we’ve done for this client. Our team completed the Benchmark Senior / Assisted Living /Memory Care project in Attleboro and Marlborough.
