The Branches of Marlboro project for Benchmark Senior Living included the construction of a new, wood-framed 62K sf, 58 unit assisted living facility. Construction included complex roof framing details for a residential appearance. Structural components are wood and steel with a slab on grade and frost wall. Interior work includes a full commercial kitchen and dining facilities with private dining, outdoor dining with gathering patios and an outside grille and food service area.
