This project is a 51,968 SF, 42-unit, three story wood-framed structure on a 2.94-acre site at Cape View Way. Nestled into the hillside at the rear of the site, the building takes advantage of the sloped topography, allowing for a three-story, affordable housing, multifamily building facing the interior of the site, stepping down to a lesser imposing two-story building adjacent to neighboring parcels.

The Cape Cod vernacular is embraced in the style and material selections for the building, which includes shingle and lap siding, projecting bays, and gabled roof elements. Stair towers with transom windows are reminiscent of Cape Cod lighthouse architecture. A curved covered canopy with a trellis and colonnade provides a welcoming entrance, as well as a gathering place for residents.
