Chelmsford Woods Phase II was the new construction of a three story, wood framed, 53 unit, multifamily building, a community club house and 5 townhomes. The buildings feature pitched gabled roofs with architectural shingles throughout the 63,000SF of construction. The project also included a new clubhouse with community kitchen, lounge, fireplace and restrooms, a playground, picnic area with barbecue grills, bike racks, and central laundry facilities.
