FoxRock Properties’ new mixed-use development, Center & Stone, features two buildings constructed by Dellbrook|JKS at 1170 and 1200 Hancock Street in Quincy. After completing work at both sites, our team remained at 1200 Hancock Street to prepare 2,500 SF retail space for a first-floor tenant. The ground-level space welcomed Citizens Bank, which resided at this same location prior to Center & Stone’s construction.

Our Citizens Bank project was secured through a competitive bidding process and encompassed a full fit-out with the creation of administrative offices, as the facility’s core and shell was already completed. Notably, the construction effort extends to the integration of a drive-thru ATM facility, situated at 1170 Hancock Street.
