The 2Life Coleman House project is a two phased, 113,785 SF occupied renovation to 146 units of affordable senior housing apartments. The project is divided into two adjoining buildings. Coleman I has 100 apartments and Coleman II has 46 apartments. Interior renovations include replacing all finishes in the corridors. Within the apartments we will be replacing all flooring, cabinets, appliances, doors, showers, plumbing fixtures and lighting. All HVAC systems will be replaced with new energy efficient VRF units. Corridors will also receive new HVAC systems. Exterior improvements will include new fiberglass windows at all locations. The brick masonry exterior will be repaired and replaced as necessary; new colors of brick will be incorporated to enhance the appearance of the buildings. All roofing will be replaced with new TPO membrane and provisions for PV units will be incorporated into the roof structure.
