This project is a gut renovation of 4,100 SF of existing classrooms and corridor spaces to transform the space into a functioning mock Emergency Operations Training Center. The renovation of the existing space is on the first floor and is generally confined to the parameters of the space. There are minimal HVAC scope items occurring elsewhere in the facility. The interior spaces were demolished, and reconfigured with non-load bearing metal framing & glass partitions, new low-profile access flooring, select interior finishes, and select rework of existing MEP systems. Exterior work was limited to installation of a new HVAC pad adjacent to the renovated spaces.
