A conversion of a former banking operations center into an innovative transit-oriented development, with street level retail, a state-of-the-art data center and over 200,000 square feet of creative office space. Project includes all new plumbing toilet rooms, new building HVAC system (ready for tenant extensions), new electrical (ready for tenant extension), and a significant common area and exterior lighting package. Challenges will come from the facade work which is directly over public walks on 3 sides of the building. Site improvements will make building front appealing as a retail location.
