Fairing Way Phase II is the second phase of the Rice Eventide project. This 162,113 SF Assisted Living facility is 4 stories, with a total of 107 assisted living units. The 1st floor is structural steel for podium, with floors two through four constructed of wood panels. The roof system is a combination of membrane and asphalt shingle products, including standing seam metal roofing at patio canopies. The exterior consists of Hardie siding, trim, panels and brick veneer. Construction included landscaping and miscellaneous site work as well as a community roof garden for tenants.
