The Gillette Stadium Football Operations expansion project consisted of a multiphase, 60,000 SF renovation including renovations of the existing training and rehab area, positional meeting rooms and auditoriums as well as new offices for coaching staff. The 2nd floor expansion project included new corporate offices for the Kraft Group as well as personal offices for Robert & Jonathan Kraft. The project was fast tracked with a tight schedule that had to be completed in 10 months and worked around the New England Patriots football operations.
