The project involved the complete renovation of 3 floors in this existing 75,325 SF, 18-floor building, converting offices to student residence rooms with common bathrooms and amenity spaces. Through solid scheduling and coordination between Dellbrook|JKS and college officials, Fox Hall remained occupied without disruption during all renovations. In addition to the renovated floors the scope of work also involved substantial infrastructure renovations and improvements to the existing building systems that extend to all floors of the 18-story building. Included were additions and mechanical upgrades to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, chillers, fire protection, egress and elevator systems.
