The Reliant Health Care rehabilitation and sports medicine center project is a complete renovation and fit out of the 50 Gold Star Boulevard building in Worcester. The 21,600 SF, one story, warehouse and retail space was renovated to create a new Physical and Occupational Therapy clinical and office space for Reliant Medical Group. Our scope of work included lite gauged/ metal framed project constructing “ a structure within a structure.” This began with both interior and exterior demolition, installation of millennium metal panel siding, new storefront, finishes as well as a new fire suppression systems, plumbing and a VRF HVAC system for the building. The site itself has on grade parking for 70 vehicles and new landscaping.
