The Hyannis Urgent Care Facility renovation consisted of a 5,000 SF design-build project at an existing mixed use one story strip mall. Renovations included CMU walls, partial wood and steel framing, slab on grade, new wet fire protection system, upgraded HVAC RTU’s with integrated humidification system and power upgrades to support the new X-ray equipment. The facility has 9 patient rooms, an X-ray room, dual nurse stations with dictation desks and support spaces.
