This two-part project consisted of the construction of a new seasonally flexible fieldhouse and connector building, and the renovation of the School’s existing athletic facility. The 47,700sf fieldhouse includes varsity level basketball court, practice courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a flexible gymnasium space, collapsible spectator seating, locker rooms and state of the art strength & conditioning and training facilities. The renovations to the 32,700sf athletic facility included reconfiguration of the ice surface and the replacement of the rink boards, new spectator seating, an off season turf surface, warming room and team meeting space. Additionally, utility upgrades included a stormwater infiltration system along the southern side of the proposed building as well as sitework including new sidewalks, new landscaping and site lighting.
