Leland House

Our Leland House project for 2Life Communities included the wood-framed construction of a new 73,000 GSF building, with slab-on-grade concrete foundation. The existing Leland House was demolished following abatement and replaced by this 3-story, Passive House structure, containing 68 units of affordable housing. Facade materials consist of slate siding, fiber cement panels, fiber cement lap siding, and fiber cement shingle siding.
