The Ludlow Mills project was an adaptive reuse and renovation of a historic existing 4 story structure. The 108,200 square foot mill building was converted into 75 one and two bedroom units of housing. Work included site improvements, select demolition, abatement, sand blasting, structural repairs, repair of floor structure with all new flooring finish throughout, repair of roof structure, masonry restoration, new historic aluminum windows, all new apartment construction, and new MEP’s.
