The Mass Eye and Ear project for Mass General Brigham in Bridgewater, MA consisted of a 2,500 SF, first floor tenant fit-out with three new exam rooms and two hearing booths. Work included altering the existing sprinkler and fire alarm system for new partitions as well as underground plumbing for new plumbing fixtures. New VRP heat pump system with radiant panels along the perimeter of the space, was installed.
