The MSPCA project in Centerville, MA is a ground up, 12,516 SF building constructed of a masonry exterior, with a mix of pitched and flat roof trusses, with associated shingles and single ply roofing. The ventilation systems is provided by 100% fresh air packaged units with energy recovery. The project required significant plumbing systems. The interior finishes are a mix of welded sheet floors, resin floors, high performance wall coatings, acoustical tile and specialty Pyrok ceilings. Construction included electrical and fire protection systems. The septic system and leaching field were substantially enlarged. Site work included new parking, detention areas, landscaping & site lighting.
