On the corner of Rivet and Hyacinth Street in New Bedford, Dellbrook|JKS constructed a state-of-the-art early childhood education facility for NorthStar Learning Centers. Totaling 19,000 SF and standing 2-stories tall, the NorthStar Early Education Academy contains ten classrooms, a community room, gross motor skills space, a partial basement, as well as offices and conference rooms for operations.

Its durable exterior features Hunter Panel Sheathing, Hardie/Cembrit Fiber Cement Siding, and Universal Series 600 AL windows, upgraded to meet hurricane impact requirements. New finishes and MEPFP systems throughout the building ensures that the structure is inviting and prepared to support busy days at the center.
