The Osterville Urgent Care facility project includes renovation to a single level, existing building. The 9,000 SF space is a mixed use building and currently houses three small businesses on the ground floor with additional commercial spaces and two apartments on the second floor, in addition to the unoccupied space being renovated for this project. The layout of the building is that of a strip mall with the unoccupied portion being a single, larger store location which Dellbrook | JKS fit out to create an outpatient primary care and urgent care clinic. The new Urgent Care center has six urgent care exam rooms, eight primary care exam rooms, an imaging suite in addition to nurses stations, reception and waiting areas.
