The Peterbilt Store in Plainville, MA consisted of new construction of a two story, 43,000 SF metal and steel framed building that serves as the headquarters for Peterbilt. The new commercial mixed use building includes 18 state of the art service bays, a 6,000 SF parts warehouse and 12,800 SF of office space to house management administration and support staff. The project also features 34,000 SF of polished concrete slabs over radiant tubing.
