Our firm performed selective demolition and renovations to the existing WPI President’s Office and the WPI Facilities. Selective demolition and renovations were completed within the existing facility maintenance offices to reconfigure existing offices and an addition of 2 new offices and associated HVAC. The 4,600 sq. ft. renovations completed over the winter break included new bathrooms, storefront glazing systems with smart glass technology, acoustical ceilings, millwork, flooring, and painting. Minor electrical and telecommunication work was also completed.
