The Rosebrook Place project consisted of construction of a new wood framed, 4-1/2 story, 92,529 SF multifamily apartment project in Wareham, MA. The 65 unit residential apartment building is a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units and 4 ADA accessible apartments. Interior work featured granite counter tops in kitchens with stainless steel appliances while the exterior is constructed of vinyl siding. The new building also included amenities such as elevator access, lounges, kiosks for concessions, outdoor fire pits and elevated patios, as well as walking paths throughout the property.
