Saige on Fountain holds (16) Studio units, (16) 1 bedroom, (6) 2 bedroom and (2) 3 bedroom units.

The exterior of the building is a combination of brick, ground face block, James Hardie fiber cement siding and storefront. The project meets LEED Gold under the LEED BD+C v4: Homes and Multifamily Low-Rise rating system, as well as ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction certification.
