This project is a 15,040 SF renovation of an existing second floor unit, renovated into a surgery center within a two-story building. Work included the addition of a two-story enclosure within the existing atrium and an elevator shaft with mechanical spaces. The unit renovation also had several layout and medical space upgrades including associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
