The Shillman House is an affordable, four story, wood framed independent living complex for seniors in Framingham, MA. The 150,565 SF, four-story structure has 150 units and is actually two buildings separated by a fire wall. The new senior apartment building includes fully-equipped amenity spaces such as a bistro, an art studio, and beauty salon. On the main level of the H-shaped building, we constructed a library, computer room and fitness center with a ballet bar, mirror and exercise equipment. Shillman House was completed three months ahead of schedule . “Dellbrook | JKS was fabulous every step of the way,” says Amy Schectman, President and Chief Executive of Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly, the non-profit organization that owns Shillman House. “We were impressed with the leadership and ingenuity they brought to the table on every issue.”
