The Stone Hill at Andover project is new construction of an approximately 90,000 SF, two -1/2 story assisted living and memory care facility. Constructed with standard steel framing, concrete decks and light gauge metal infill framing, Stone Hill offers assisted living and a specialized, secured memory care facility focusing on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care. Construction included a two story atrium, Porte Cochere main entrance and wrap-around porch as well as a Bistro and main dining room, with flexible counter seating in both locations. Stone Hill at Andover has 110 units a bistro, activity and fitness center for residents, a theatre, salon and courtyards for memory care patients. The theatre and multi-purpose room were built so that the individual spaces could be combined to accommodate larger events.
