The Strawberry HIll Primary Care MOB project at 1030 Falmouth Road in Hyannis, constructed for Cape Cod Healthcare is a new 17,790 GSF, two-story, wood framed, medical office building on a 3.28 acre site. The former Knights of Columbus building on the site was remediated and razed prior to construction. The exterior of the new medical office building has cedar shingles and vinyl siding. The interior feature 41 primary care exam rooms and medical offices. Construction also included landscaping and on grade parking for 85 as well as a porte cochere entrance for patient arrivals.
