Tara Heights in Nashua, New Hampshire is a $70M project completed in three consecutive phases by Dellbrook | JKS over a 28 month time period. This 400 acre site required significant bedrock excavation and blasting to remove more than 500,000 CY of ledge and process it for onsite reuse. Dellbrook|JKS also created the Innovative Way road expansion for the project and worked with the New Hampshire Department of Transporting as we completed the complicated sitework and blasting activities along Route 3 in Nashua.

Tara Heights Phase I consisted of 180 apartments constructed in five buildings, each three floors above ground wood construction. Phases II & III consisted of 8- four-story wood-framed apartment buildings totaling 384 units, The apartment community offers active, luxe living, a new clubhouse, salt water swimming pool and other amenities including a fitness center.
