The first phase of construction of the TB12 Sport Therapy Center at Patriot Place included the build out and MEP modifications to 3,400 square feet of space for this new tenant. This was completed in September 2013. In 2016, Dellbrook | JKS completed the second phase by expanding the existing TB12 into adjacent space. This added 3,782 sf, including a new 245 s.f. mezzanine to the existing suite. This work was completed while the center remained fully operational. The final suite totals 7,107 s.f. The project allowed the TB12 Sports Therapy Center to expand their mission and increases the size of the gym area and the number of treatment areas. The project also included an upgraded exterior storefront and exterior signage.
