The Aberdeen is a six-story, 49,848 SF, mixed-use building of wood framed/steel podium construction for 40 residential condominium units and 2,400 square feet of ground floor retail. The art deco style building has a mix of metal composite panel and fiber cement siding and was constructed on a tight site situated on Commonwealth Avenue just steps from the MBTA Green Line. Approximately 600 cubic yards of ledge was removed. Resident amenities constructed in the building include a fitness center, café, management office, a shared roof terrace and 40 on site parking including stacker and tandem parking.
