Originally constructed in the 1960's, The Beachside Hotel received a complete renovation to three existing buildings and 94 rooms totaling 39,030 SF, in addition to site improvements throughout its 3.5 acre grounds. Our team freshened a mixture of kings, doubles and multi room suites. Two out of the three structures, Buildings A & B, maintained their existing footprints and room layouts, while Building C interiors was reconfigured to include room suites, a gym and a meeting space. The scope of work also includes a single commercial kitchen, game room, MEP’s, landscaping, and hardscaping.

This project in the quiet Brandt Point neighborhood features a swimming pool and a children’s pool. Out of the entire island, this hotel is one of the only five with swimming pools. The Beachside Hotel's new look pays a stunning tribute to its coastal, midcentury roots with the use of checkered terracotta tiling, an earthy color palette, and natural fabrics throughout its buildings.
