The Harbor consisted of the new construction of a 23-unit luxury condominium complex, nestled on the edge of Cohasset Harbor. This project included three structures, named the North, South, and West buildings, each three stories tall and totaling 80,000 SF. The North and South buildings, which totaled 48,000 SF, are located at 124 Elm Street, the former site of the Cohasset Harbor Inn. The third, West building, totaling 32,000 SF, was constructed adjacent to its counterparts at 87 Elm Street.

Amenities include a fitness center, a waterfront Club Room, and an outdoor pool with views of Cohasset Harbor. Our work also included the creation of a 20,000 SF public park and boardwalk along the water’s edge. Additionally, on the first floor of the North and West buildings, there is a shell space for retail tenants.
