The Robert Hill Way Senior Apartments (The Ledges) is new construction of a single 53,000 SF, three story + basement, wood framed building. Occupancy includes 64-one bedroom apartments for seniors, as well as amenity areas. The building facade included vinyl siding and thin brick stone veneer. Approximately 1500 to 2000 cubic yards of ledge was hammered from the site. A central heating boiler plant, complete with two gas fired condensing boilers will provide hot water for the buildings heat. Cooling is provided via thru-wall air conditioners in each apartment unit. Common areas are heated and cooled via a packaged gas fired rooftop unit. The buildings fire protection system consists of a wet system with floor control assemblies and new fire pump.

The attic and misc. exterior areas are protected via a dry system. Infrastructure work includes clearing 13.4 acres of existing wooded area, a new road leading to the site (Robert Hill Way), all new underground water, fire, sanitary, storm drainage and electrical utilities, bio-retention and erosion controls.
