The Watson at 116 East Howard in Quincy, MA is wood framed construction of a five story, multifamily apartment building. The Watson is 185,000 GSF in 4 stories of wood over a steel podium for 140 residential units, amenity space and lower level parking garage for 246 spaces. Dellbrook|JKS completed demolition of the existing 2 story brick building with a basement level that had occupied the tight site. Resident amenities constructed for The Watson include a fitness center, lounge, club room, outdoor patio and courtyard, and structured garage parking. The Watson project received the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable & Workforce Housing Award.
