The Training Center project encompassed a 15,000 square foot design-build with ARC, including the new construction of a 13,100 square foot Field House along with a 1,900 square foot attached Head House, providing essential facilities such as changing rooms and back-of-house spaces. The building's foundation was established with frost and a 12-foot-high cast-in-place concrete retaining wall. The framing comprised CMU Block and a fabric structure, while the Head House utilized structural steel framing and metal stud framing. Finishing touches for the new center included outfitting the Head House with minor finishes and addressing some finishing aspects in the Field House. The MEPFP systems were developed through collaboration with our core trade partners, engaged early in the process to ensure the design's cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
