The Union Block Apartments included the restoration and fit-out of a 50,894 square foot building being converted into 38 residential units. This project also encompassed a revised parking area and landscaping. The existing building was structurally comprised with existing brick exterior walls, wood floor joists, beams, columns, roof joists and wood roof decking. Our team preformed abatement for hazardous materials and completed selective demolition.

Structural repairs, framing and augmentations provided a code compliant structure. Now, the fitted-out space features new interior wall framing, interior doors and hardware, new gypsum board assemblies, cementitious underlayment, painting, finish carpentry, new windows, exterior doors, roofing, Division 10 specialty items, an updated elevator and MEP systems.
