The Veranda House project consists of the construction of a new, 4 story, 8,810 SF conventional wood and concrete framed structure for a hotel, consisting of 19 guest rooms. Construction includes demolition, associated structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work, as well as site improvements. The project includes 3 staff units, lounge/dining room, kitchen, lobby, laundry and mechanical rooms. The project is being constructed and was designed to mimic the historic Inn that was lost to a fire.
