New construction of two, five story buildings, Viva Lakeshore is 400,000SF of wood framed, slab on grade construction to create an additional 300 apartment units in Bridgewater for Claremont Corporation. Like the Axis Lakeshore project completed for this client 2016, the project has a large site plan. Construction included satellite garage parking for 60 vehicles and amenity spaces like outdoor courtyards, a fitness center, a theatre and pool. Viva’s facade is a combination of nichiha and hardie siding with apartment balconies.
