The Wannacomet Water Company project is a new, slab on grade 4,800 SF building. It contains private and shared offices, public customer lobby, restroom facilities, copy room, kitchen/employee lounge, conference rooms and locker room facilities. New parking areas totaling 25 spaces and new concrete walkways were installed. New landscaping, & new parking areas were constructed in the location of the existing water company building.

The original 5,000 SF one-story building was removed in phases in order to complete the construction of the new building and parking areas.
